Personalized Hypnobirthing Support in Denver
Calm, Confident Birth Preparation
I offer HypnoBirthing support in Denver for pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period, using an inner-led, intuitive approach tailored to each individual
What Hypnobirthing is:
Hypnobirthing is a holistic childbirth preparation approach that uses deep relaxation, breathwork, visualization, and subconscious conditioning to help you approach pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period with calm confidence and inner clarity. Inspired by evidence-based principles and rooted in the idea that a relaxed nervous system supports smoother experiences, hypnobirthing helps reduce fear, build trust in your body, and create a more empowering birth experience.
Hypnobirthing is appropriate whether you’re planning a natural birth, medicated birth, c-section, or are still exploring your preferences — and it’s helpful for first-time parents as well as experienced parents seeking a more peaceful, confident journey.
Who This Is For:
This work is for expectant parents who want:
Preparation for pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum transition
Reduced fear and increased confidence around birth
Tools for calm and grounded presence during labor
Support in navigating emotional and physical aspects of childbirth
A partner-inclusive framework so birth support feels collaborative
Many people find hypnobirthing helpful even if they’ve never taken a birth class before — it’s about learning skills you can actually use in the moment and feeling prepared in body and mind
Inner-Led Intuitive Hypnobirthing in Denver, CO
My HypnoBirthing work is rooted in an Inner-Led Intuitive Hypnobirthing approach; meaning we don’t follow a rigid script or one-size-fits-all method. Instead, we explore your relationship with birth, your body, and your inner sense of guidance, so you feel supported from the inside out.
This approach blends hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, and intuitive exploration to help you feel calm, confident, and connected throughout pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period.
What This Includes
Nervous-system–focused breathwork and guided relaxation, helping your body learn safety, grounding, and steadiness so labor can unfold with more ease and less fear.
Subconscious preparation and intuitive visualization, including meeting your birthing self or inner birth guides; supportive inner resources you can return to for reassurance, strength, and clarity during labor.
Personalized intention-setting and body–mind alignment, where we clarify your unique birth goals, values, and needs, and gently orient your nervous system and subconscious toward that vision - without rigid scripts or generic affirmations.
Intentional partner integration, giving your birth partner clear, practical ways to support you emotionally, physically, and energetically, so you feel held, understood, and supported as a team.

What it’s like working with me.
“Working with Dana during my pregnancy helped me through my birth and postpartum experience more than I can even describe. I wanted my birth to be a beautiful empowering experience, but I was terrified of it, so I didn’t think that was possible. Her coaching and hypnosis completely shifted my mindset. I felt a calm, grounded confidence build in the weeks leading up to the birth. She helped me tap into a warrior part of myself who I truly felt was by my side during birth, even as my birth went very differently than I had planned. It ended up being the most peaceful experience, largely due to the tools Dana gave me. And now as a new mom, I utilize that warrior self every day, and I truly feel like I’m a better, happier mother because of it. Dana is intuitive, compassionate, and downright brilliant. She was born to do this work. I recommend her to all of my pregnant friends because I can’t imagine going through this experience without her.”

Dana is an incredible hypnotherapist. I worked with her during my pregnancy to both prepare for delivery, as well as, heal some persistent grief. It was the first time trying anything like this and Dana was so kind and educated me well on the science behind this type of therapy. We utilized many interventions within hypnotherapy; it was truly an incredible experience! I send all of my pregnant friends and just anyone feeling stuck in whatever life is throwing at them to Dana!

My Birth Story
Before birthing my son, my knowns around birth had been built from a story I heard my entire life… my own birth. My mother had an extremely rare complication when pregnant with my twin sister and I. We were 8 weeks premature and my mother was in a medically induced coma for two weeks. The idea that “we all almost didn’t make it” was reinforced so many times growing up that I was terrified to ever give birth before I even understood the concept.
As a pregnant person, others want to tell you their most horrifying “giving birth in the car” or “close call” stories. It’s EXTREMELY unhelpful and we are already carrying enough fears and stories about birth… thanks, but we don’t need more.
As soon as I found out I was pregnant, I knew I needed help rewriting my knowns about birth and help to make room for MY OWN birth story. My goal above all else was to feel calm, empowered and release what was never mine to hold. Hypnobirthing gave me just that!
I had a beautiful medicated birth at St. Luke in Denver on February 24th, 2022. Were there emotional ups and downs? You bet! Was I scared at times? Absolutely! But above all else, Hypnobirthing allowed me to feel calm through the storms of emotions, empowered me to realize that I could experience this birth any way I chose, and that no matter how this boy was brought into this world (medicated, natural, c-section), it would be birth!
