What Is Hypnotherapy & How It Works
Hypnotherapy is a professional, collaborative process that works with your subconscious mind; the part of your experience where habits, emotional patterns, and automatic responses live. In a session you enter a relaxed, focused state that feels similar to meditation, deep reflection, or being completely absorbed in a book or movie. You remain fully aware and in control at all times, and nothing happens unless it feels right for you.
In this focused state, the nervous system calms and your mind becomes more open to positive suggestions and shifts, so emotional patterns, responses, or habits can soften and reorganize. Hypnotherapy is widely used for anxiety support, habit change, emotional regulation, confidence building, and deeper subconscious change.

The truth is that everyone has the ability. Prior to our first session, clients are asked to fill out a survey that I will analyze and discuss with them in order to best determine an individualized hypnosis approach. Each mind is different, therefore I take the time to decipher the best path to the subconscious for every individual. Another common fear is getting “stuck in hypnosis”. Contrary to what the media and movies portray, this is not possible. If necessary, I can bring a client into a full waking conscious state of mind instantly if needed, this is also something the client can do on their own

I do not have a one-size-fits-all approach or use generic Hypnotherapy scripts. I meet you where you are. Each session is completely tailored to your goals, needs and individual preferences.

I offer a limited number of income-based sliding scale spots each month. These are reserved for individuals experiencing financial hardship and are granted based on need.
To qualify, I require a brief application and documentation of income (such as your most recent tax return) so that I can assess need fairly.
Sliding scale rates typically range from $110–$140 per session, depending on income and availability.
