Hypnotherapy & Transformational Coaching for Lasting Change
A personalized approach to creating meaningful, lasting change.
Transformational coaching and hypnotherapy can help if you feel stuck in patterns that don't seem to change despite insight or effort. Whether you're working through self-doubt, procrastination, habit change, confidence, life transitions, or feeling disconnected from yourself, this work helps create lasting change by combining subconscious change with intentional action.
Who This Is For:
This is for anyone ready to make a meaningful change; whether you’ve tried therapy, self-reflection, or this is your first time seeking support. If you sense there’s something you want to shift in your life but haven’t been able to, this work meets you where you are and supports deep, embodied transformation.
What Is Hypnotherapy & How It Works
Hypnotherapy is a professional, collaborative process that works with your subconscious mind; the part of your experience where habits, emotional patterns, and automatic responses live. In a session you enter a relaxed, focused state that feels similar to meditation, deep reflection, or being completely absorbed in a book or movie. You remain fully aware and in control at all times, and nothing happens unless it feels right for you.
In this focused state, the nervous system calms and your mind becomes more open to positive suggestions and shifts, so emotional patterns, responses, or habits can soften and reorganize. Hypnotherapy is widely used for anxiety support, habit change, emotional regulation, confidence building, and deeper subconscious change.
What is Transformational Coaching
When combined with transformational coaching - which provides conscious tools, accountability, and practical strategies - this approach supports both internal change and real-world action.
Transformational Coaching helps you identify patterns and blocks that keep you stuck, then provides tools and guidance to create lasting change in your habits, motivation, confidence, and daily life.
Common challenges:
-
Confidence isn't about becoming someone different; it's about learning to trust yourself again.
Many people I work with know they are capable but find themselves constantly second-guessing their decisions, seeking external validation, or feeling held back by self-doubt. Together, we work to understand where these patterns developed, build self-trust, and create a more compassionate, confident relationship with yourself.
-
Fear can be protective, but sometimes it begins limiting the way you live your life.
Whether it's a fear of flying, driving, public speaking, medical procedures, specific animals, or another situation that causes intense anxiety, these responses often become automatic over time.
Hypnotherapy can help you understand and gradually change the learned emotional and physiological patterns behind fear. Together, we work to regulate your nervous system, build a greater sense of safety and confidence, and develop new ways of responding that feel calmer and more empowering.
Every fear is unique, so our work is tailored to your experiences, goals, and comfort level. The goal isn't to force yourself through fear, but to help you respond with greater flexibility, confidence, and choice.
-
Have you ever known exactly what you wanted to change but found yourself slipping back into the same patterns?
Real change involves more than willpower. By combining transformational coaching with hypnotherapy, we work with both your conscious goals and the subconscious patterns that influence your behaviors. This helps make new habits feel more natural, sustainable, and aligned with the life you're creating.
-
Life transitions can bring uncertainty, grief, excitement, and unexpected challenges… all at the same time.
Whether you're changing careers, becoming a parent, navigating relationship changes, moving, or simply entering a new chapter of life, our work helps you stay connected to yourself while building resilience and confidence through periods of change.
-
Sometimes the hardest question isn't "What should I do?" but "What do I truly want?"
If you've been feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of your next step, our work creates space to reconnect with your values, strengths, and inner wisdom. Rather than searching for the "perfect" answer, you'll learn to trust yourself to move forward with greater clarity and intention.
-
Emotional resilience doesn't mean never feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or discouraged. It means developing the ability to move through difficult experiences without becoming stuck in them.
Together, we strengthen your nervous system's capacity to respond to challenges with greater flexibility, self-compassion, and confidence so that life's inevitable ups and downs feel more manageable.
-
Many people become so accustomed to anxiety, overthinking, or people-pleasing that they stop trusting their own instincts.
Our work focuses on helping you slow down, recognize the difference between fear and intuition, and make decisions from a place of greater clarity rather than urgency. Over time, clients often notice they spend less time searching for certainty and more time trusting themselves to handle whatever comes next.
My Approach:
I combine transformational coaching and hypnotherapy to help you move past patterns that feel stuck, habitual, or resistant to change. This work is collaborative, personalized, and rooted in practical strategies that support lasting transformation - including guided exercises, subconscious pattern exploration, and techniques to gently interrupt habits or behaviors that no longer serve you.
We can work together in my office located in Denver, Colorado, or anywhere in the world using Telehealth.
Together, we create the conditions for subconscious change, habit pattern shifts, and practical action, helping you align with your goals, boost confidence, and feel more empowered in daily life.
Frequently Asked Questions:
-
The truth is that everyone has the ability. Prior to our first session, clients are asked to fill out a survey that I will analyze and discuss with them in order to best determine an individualized hypnosis approach. Each mind is different, therefore I take the time to decipher the best path to the subconscious for every individual. Another common fear is getting “stuck in hypnosis”. Contrary to what the media and movies portray, this is not possible. If necessary, I can bring a client into a full waking conscious state of mind instantly if needed, this is also something the client can do on their own
-
Hypnotherapy often feels like a deeply relaxed state of focused attention. Many people describe it as similar to the feeling of being absorbed in a good book, daydreaming, meditating, or becoming so engaged in a thought that you temporarily tune out what is happening around you.
During a session, you remain aware, able to communicate, and in control the entire time. Hypnosis is not sleep, and you do not lose control or do anything against your values. Instead, it is a state where your mind can become more open to reflection, learning, and creating new patterns.
Some people notice physical relaxation, a sense of calm, changes in breathing, or feeling more connected to their thoughts and emotions. Others may simply feel focused and comfortable.
Everyone experiences hypnosis differently. The most important part is not achieving a specific feeling; it is creating a space where you can work with your mind in a new way and begin making meaningful changes.
