I’m a Certified Hypnotherapist, Transformational Coach, and Hypnobirthing practitioner based in Denver, Colorado.

I specialize in supporting anxiety, OCD, overthinking, birth preparation, and personal transformation through hypnotherapy and coaching.

My approach blends neuroscience, mindfulness, and deep compassion to help you feel empowered, at peace, and hopeful for change.

Many of my clients are self-aware and capable, yet still find themselves caught in patterns of anxiety, OCD, overwhelm, or inner tension. My work goes beyond understanding why, helping create real, embodied change where it actually lives.
